As the CEO of Haven, Nicholas is committed to making a positive impact on the housing crisis. He finds great satisfaction in empowering individuals and families to achieve their housing goals. With 18 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, Josh Stickley brings a robust background in driving growth, enhancing profitability, and executing debt reduction strategies. He holds a dual degree in Accounting and Economics from Emory and Henry College, complemented by an MBA from AIU. Prior to joining us, Josh held several senior financial roles, including CFO and Controller positions, where he led initiatives in growth, profitability, and mergers & acquisitions.

Specializing in growth strategies and operational efficiency, Josh is particularly passionate about financial health and scalability for small businesses. While money is a primary interest, he’s also known for his wit and straightforward approach to complex financial challenges.

When he's not steering financial strategy, you’ll likely find Josh cheering on UT sports or spending quality time with his family. Known for his favorite saying, "If you’re not first, you’re last!" Josh’s sense of humor is as unique as his ability to wiggle his ears—a fun fact he doesn’t mind sharing.

Lindsey is a seasoned professional with over 7 years of experience in the construction industry. She holds degrees from East Tennessee State University and Virginia Commonwealth University.

With a strong focus on customer relations, design, and site coordination, Lindsey has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. Her expertise in these areas has been instrumental in the success of numerous projects.

When she's not hard at work, Lindsey enjoys spending quality time with her family, actively participating in community events, and tending to her property and animals.

At Haven Tiny Homes, we don’t just find whatever subcontractors are available to work to build your ADU.
